Statutory Information
Blue Life Society is a not-for-profit organization committed to sustainable development with a focus on water conservation, sanitation, and environmental resilience. Established in 2018, the Society is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 by the Registrar of Societies, Government of NCT of Delhi. The organization holds exemptions under Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, enabling donors to avail tax benefits. It is also registered under CSR-1 with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, making it eligible to receive CSR funds from corporates. Further, the Society is ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring its adherence to international standards of quality, transparency, and accountability in project implementation.
